Rebekah and Casey flew in from Ohio to elope at City Hall! I had a wonderful morning with these two, and am so excited the fall colors finally popped in Central Park!

Jo & Daniel: Sneak Peek! | Central Park Wedding Photographer | NYC Elopement
Jo and Daniel came all the way from New Zealand with their adorable daughter Maddy to get hitched in Central Park yesterday! More to come!
They also brought cupcakes! Love it!

Keith and Mandy came up from Austin with their family to elope in Central Park. They had a lovely ceremony under the Bethesda Terrace and then we got to wander around the park for lots of great photo time!
These two little boys stole the show with their adorable suspenders and awesome sneakers!

Brooke & Kristen | New York City Elopement Photographer | Central Park | Ladies Pavillion
Brooke and Kristen are both graduate students in Georgia and came up to NYC to get married on a beautiful summer morning. This was just part of their wedding festivities as they also had a big celebration and wedding in Ohio the following week as well!
The ceremony was in the Ladies Pavilion, performed by the fabulous Genevieve of Cheerleader for Love (hurray APW connections!)
I love the matching shoes!
After making things official,
hugs and a quick toast, we headed out to explore Central Park and take loads of gorgeous photos!
There also needs to a be quick pause to admire Brooke and Kristen’s gorgeous peacock purses! Aren’t they awesome?
Ladies, you two make SUCH a cute couple!
I will always love couples that are willing to take a little walk in the woods.
Dance in a meadow in sunglasses? Obviously.

Brooke and Kristen were married on Saturday in a lovely morning ceremony at the Ladies Pavilion in Central Park. They’re having their big wedding celebration back in Ohio this weekend! Congrats ladies!!

Kris and David are fire fighters with my dad back in Minnesota. When I was home to visit this past winter, my parents had apparently mentioned I photographed weddings in the city, and we were able to set up a meeting that same weekend!
I’ve come to love small simple weddings and elopements, and Central Park is a great location for these kind of events. These two had a beautiful ceremony in Wagner’s Cove on the lake, the perfect place for a small secluded wedding in the park. Before the ceremony we wandered around and had fun snapping photos and being run over by crazy groups of school kids on the great lawn!
I love the look on her face.
What firefighter wedding is complete without a stop at the local firehouse?
