Peter & Luis | Same Sex Wedding In New York City | Eleven Madison Park
Peter and Luis found me via the Capturing Love Guide for their wedding earlier this summer, and I’m so glad they did! As a bonafide foodie I was over the moon excited about getting to be a part of a celebration at Eleven Madison Park. This place has been on my NY restaurant bucket list for quite awhile, so getting to shoot there was pretty fantastic.
These two grooms were so laid back and fun! I met them at their suite at the London Hotel while they got ready, and then we headed down to Madison Square Park for some portraits and of course they played a game of ping pong, because why not? After portraits, they were married in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends who were then treated to an amazing dinner. What a wonderful evening!
Congratulations and best wishes to you both! Thank you so much for having me!
Julie-Anne & Peter: Sneak Peek! | New York Elopement Photographer | Madison Square Park
They say rain on your wedding day is good luck. If so, these two should buy a lottery ticket!
Peter and Julie-Anne didn’t let a few rain drops scare them off this afternoon and went ahead with their plans to get married in Madison Square Park in Manhattan. Even though we got a bit wet, it didn’t dampen their spirits, and a fabulous time was had by all.
Congratulations to you both, more to come!
Morna & Gary | NYC Elopement Photographer | City Hall Wedding Photographer
I love these photos! Morna and Gary came over from Scotland to get married at City Hall and we had an awesome morning. These two were such a pleasure to work with. We started off at the City Clerk’s office, hoping for the weather to clear… but it ended up being a blessing in disguise, I love the photos we got with the steam and the I love NY umbrella they brought along.
After the ceremony at City Hall, we hopped on the subway for photos around the city. Morna was sure to bring some extra cute pink converse for the walk. Flatiron Building, Madison Square Park, Times Square, some of my favorite images in front of a random furniture store display window, and ending our photo tour in Central Park. I know not every couple wants to ride mass transit in their wedding finery, but I kind of love when people are up for it, sometimes you can get some great photos, something that totally captures the essence of New York unlike anything else can.
Morna and Gary, you guys are fantastic!
Thanks for making my job so easy and for such a fun time! Best wishes and congratulations to you both! ![]()
