Kenny & Ron: Sneak Peek! | The Palace at Somerset Park | New Jersey Wedding Photographer
A quick sneak peek before I hop on a plane tomorrow morning! This wedding was SUCH a wonderful way to finish out the year, grooms who tap dance their first dance = awesome! ![]()
Lots more to come! Kenny and Ron, thank you so very much for having me, you guys are wonderful. Congratulations and best wishes!
Ross & Jeremy | Minneapolis Wedding Photographer | Day Block Event Center
You probably remember these two super handsome grooms from their engagement shoot at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. While that session was awesome, their wedding was even more dapper! Suspenders, bowties, and matching summer suits? My second shooter and I were seriously giddy with how ridiculously cute these two guys were.
I had such a fun time with them and their wedding party on a glorious summer day back in Minnesota. We wandered all across the Stone Arch Bridge and the Mill City Ruins and I had a field day with photos. Then off to the Day Block Event Center for their ceremony and reception, a new brewery and event venue in downtown Minneapolis filled with natural light and exposed brick. Awesome.
Ross and Jeremy, I can’t thank you enough for having me and for inviting me to be a part of your celebration. May you have many years of happiness full of loads of travel adventures!
Congratulations!

Peter & Luis | Same Sex Wedding In New York City | Eleven Madison Park
Peter and Luis found me via the Capturing Love Guide for their wedding earlier this summer, and I’m so glad they did! As a bonafide foodie I was over the moon excited about getting to be a part of a celebration at Eleven Madison Park. This place has been on my NY restaurant bucket list for quite awhile, so getting to shoot there was pretty fantastic.
These two grooms were so laid back and fun! I met them at their suite at the London Hotel while they got ready, and then we headed down to Madison Square Park for some portraits and of course they played a game of ping pong, because why not? After portraits, they were married in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends who were then treated to an amazing dinner. What a wonderful evening!
Congratulations and best wishes to you both! Thank you so much for having me!
Ross & Jeremy | Engagement Photos at Minneapolis Sculpture Garden | Minnesota Wedding Photographer
For those who don’t know, Minnesota is where I grew up. The land of 10,000 lakes will always be home for me, Minneapolis specifically is very close to my heart. I also offer no travel fees to shoot in the Twin Cities; so as marriage equality finally passed in my home state I was THRILLED when Ross and Jeremy decided to take me up on my offer this past June.
You guys, these two are so awesome. Not only are they such nice guys, they’re fellow travel addicts (thus we had a great time comparing thoughts on various destinations) and I’m pretty sure they are the most fashionable gorgeous pair of grooms ever. Amazing. I know the sculpture garden is a common spot for portraits in MSP, but it was new to me as a now out of town shooter this summer, and it was so refreshing to shoot in a new locale on a beautiful day.
Congrats guys!
Ross & Jeremy: Sneak Peek! | Minneapolis Sculpture Garden | Minneapolis Engagement Photography
It was so fun to be back shooting in my hometown! Ross and Jeremy are getting married tomorrow, and I met up with them today for the first time for their engagement shoot at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. I’m pretty sure I have the most fashionable couples ever, aren’t these two ridiculously handsome? So much more where these came from, and wedding photos on the way soon, stay tuned!
Congrats guys!
Peter & Luis: Sneak Peek! | Eleven Madison Park | NYC Intimate Wedding

Michael & Andrew | Elope in NYC | City Hall Wedding Photographer
I had SUCH a good time with Michael and Andrew! They came up from Florida along with their closest friends to get married in NYC and I’m so glad they found me. I met up with these two handsome grooms for their ceremony at City Hall and then we hopped in a limo for photos at Brooklyn Bridge Park. The morning could not have been better, these guys made my job easy, and I am in love with the photos we captured. We capped off with brunch and mimosas in midtown, making it an amazing day all around! ![]()
Michael and Andrew, thank you both so very much for having me! It was such a pleasure. I wish you many years of love and happiness. Congratulations!
Steven & David | NYC Elopement Photographer | Central Park Conservatory Gardens
Oh my goodness. I had SUCH a ball at this wedding! Steven and David were two of the sweetest guys ever and made for two incredibly handsome grooms! Wouldn’t you say? Also, their outfits were perfect, I think they need to start modeling for Jcrew!
The original plan had been for them to get married in Fort Tryon park, however, because of the damage from Hurricane Sandy, we relocated things to Central Park. Steven went up to the parks office and actually got a special permit on short notice so they could have the wedding in the Conservatory Gardens. I’d been up to this area of the park before, but had never done a wedding here. It’s SO gorgeous!
Before the wedding, we wandered through a few blocks of upper Manhattan around the City Museum of New York for some lovely portraits.
You guys make my heart happy.
In love with this image.
Side note. David crocheted his own scarf! How cool is that? ![]()
Their rings came in a wax sealed box. So fancy!
Their ceremony, performed by Kim Kirkley, was beautiful and heartfelt. These two were surrounded by so much love and support, it was wonderful. They even had a guest via skype!
So much happiness. ![]()
Steven and David, I can’t thank you enough for having me! Your day was fabulous and you both are wonderful! Best wishes, congratulations and cheers to many years of happiness for you both!
