This past weekend kicked off my wedding season and it couldn’t have gotten off to a better start. Regan and Eric were two of the kindest, most gracious grooms I’ve had the chance to work with. They currently live in Hong Kong, but came to New York for their NY Botanical Garden wedding. I’ve never had the chance to visit the Botanical Gardens before, and they are stunning.
We started the day at the Essex House bright and early for their getting ready photos. The grooms had some special connections so even got to take a few photos on the rooftop! Afterwards we headed up to the Bronx for their wedding. Eric and Regan were married next to a babbling creek surrounded by forest. Who knew something like that existed in the Bronx? It was amazing.
After the wedding, everyone was treated to a delicious lunch at the Stone Mill venue space. Listening to everyone toast the couple, I couldn’t help but feel so grateful for this incredible job of mine. There was so much love in that room and not a dry eye in the house.
Congratulations Regan and Eric! Thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of your day. It was such an honor to document your love story. I wish you the very best!
