It’s been awhile since I photographed a proposal so I was thrilled to hear from Jason when we was planning a proposal to his girlfriend Cemone. Jason debated a bunch of locations, but ultimately decided on a Brooklyn proposal at Washington Street in with the Manhattan Bridge in the background.
I headed down to Brooklyn this afternoon to wait for them. They wandered down the street, asked a stranger for a photo and then he popped the question! I love photographing proposals! Cemone was surprised and excited and the tourists around us were equally thrilled. It was perfect.
After Cemone said yes we headed down to the waterfront for some skyline photos and then back up for a walk on the bridge. We made sure to stop for some ice cream, with rainbow sprinkles of course!, before I sent them on their way to celebrate.
