If you’re looking for a great place to have a surprise proposal in New York, the Edge in NYC is a great spot! Skyline views? Check! Great location close to the Hudson and midtown? Check! Awesome, super kind staff who will make sure you’re taken care of? Check! This surprise proposal at the Edge NYC was such a fun moment to photograph!
The roof deck at the Edge is awesome for wedding proposals with it’s incredible views, and they offer a few different proposal packages as well if you’d like to do something extra special for your partner. Steve had one of these packages for his surprise proposal to his girlfriend, and they had a part of the deck reserved just for them, and then had a special private champagne toast as well! It was a great way to celebrate their engagement in New York!
A proposal with a view of the Empire State Building? You got it! The Edge is an awesome space for wedding proposals!
The day of this proposal was supposed to be super chilly, so everyone was bundled up, but we ended up with some sunshine and it wasn’t bad at all! These two came from North Carolina and were on a weekend getaway in the city when Steve decided he’d have the perfect excuse for a surprise proposal. Elizabeth was definitely surprised and was so excited to say yes! Hurray!
The Edge is not only one of the highest sky decks in the city, but has an incredible view of downtown after your proposal! It’s a great spot for engagement photos or proposal photos in NYC!
After some photos, we headed inside for their champagne celebration! Still surrounded with the view, the Edge made sure they were taken care of and we got to warm up from the cold with some bubbly!
