I’ve been shooting quite a few of these little Upper East Side mini sessions for families lately and I love doing them. I always offer year round mini sessions at Carl Schurz Park and the surrounding streets of the Upper East Side. It’s a great area for photos and it’s easy to get a lot of different looks in a compact area so it lends itself well to mini sessions.
This particular mini session was for lovely couple in town from Alabama. They were visiting for a little baby moon vacation in New York over the holidays. Maternity photos are so fun and this couple was super sweet. We even got a dusting of snow flurries the morning of their shoot which made it extra special for a holiday session.
