Peter and Julie-Anne are another awesome couple to elope from Australia! I love my Aussie couples, and these guys were so much fun. We had a great time swapping restaurant reviews, these two fine dined NYC like no other. I have to say my foodie heart was just a bit jealous of all their coveted reservations.
The fact that I walked to this wedding in the pouring rain and they still wanted to get married outdoors, says about everything you need to know about how laid back Peter and Julie-Anne were. They had a romantic lunch planned for Eleven Madison Park (one of the places that is still on my foodie bucket list) and opted for a mini session outside in the park right before. Luckily enough, the rain slowed just enough for Judie to marry them sans umbrellas in a short and sweet ceremony. After they made things official, we wandered the park, and then made our way around the block for a loop through Gramercy before I dropped them off for their meal. These guys were up for anything as we ducked under awnings and found random roofs to stand under to avoid the rain, all the while just excited to be married and enjoying New York.
