What a wonderful summer wedding! I first met Krista and Brian last summer in Coney Island for their super fun engagement shoot. After that session, I knew their wedding was going to be awesome. They were married in June at a wonderful little resort in the Poconos, the Stroudsmoor Country Inn.
I met up with Krista to start with in her suite where she was getting ready with friends. She looked stunning in her lace gown! Both she and Brian exchanged cards to start the day, which is such a lovely tradition I see more and more couples doing. After everyone was dressed, we headed out for their first look and portraits. Krista and Brian were a joy to photograph, they clearly have so much fun together and the setting was just beautiful.
They had their ceremony on the lawn in front of this adorable little bell tower and were married by a close friend. After the kiss, the venue even let them ring the bell! The festivities followed with a dance party reception and Krista and Brian let me sneak them out for a few minutes at sunset, it was a gorgeous evening! The day finished up with a Conga line led by Brian, a perfect end to the night!
