What a perfect morning! I love when couples are willing to go for the early morning wake-up call! D and J came from Canada for their sunrise elopement in Brooklyn Bridge Park. They originally had thought about Paris, but decided that NYC was a better choice as the “second most romantic city in the world.” I have to say, New York really does it right with how easy it is to get married in this town. Even though it was a tad bit chilly, you couldn’t have asked for a nicer day. The light was delightful and these two grooms were so handsome and kind. I was a happy photographer.
We wandered over the Brooklyn Bridge (which is really only a good idea at sunrise) headed down through DUMBO and took in a bit of the waterfront. They exchanged vows and were married by a friend right along the river.
