That delicious morning light! Those smiling faces! This was such a delightful elopement. I had so much fun taking Maria and Brian’s Brooklyn Heights wedding photos along with their ceremony on the lawn in Brooklyn Bridge Park. These two couldn’t stop laughing and smiling and it was a joy to capture their day.
Maria and Brian have a global love story… a boy from Tennessee meets a girl from Spain while both on a work trip in Italy. Now they both live abroad in Belgium! They decided that NYC would be a good meet in the middle spot for both their families and had a tiny ceremony this morning in Brooklyn.
I met up with them on a corner in Brooklyn Heights a bit after sunrise and we got to stroll one of my favorite neighborhoods snapping photos along the way. I LOVED the light this morning and it was the perfect day for a wedding. Early morning is always a win in my book. We made our way down the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and out into Brooklyn Bridge Park for a some skyline and bridge photos as well before they tied the knot. Judie did a wonderful job officiating as always and then they had the day to celebrate!
