I love when I get the chance to photograph couples outside the city, especially in places that are special to them. Yesterday afternoon I headed just north of NYC to meet up with Isabelle and Matt for their Hudson Valley engagement session. These two are getting married on a Christmas tree farm this fall, and for their engagement photos we centered around Greenwood Lake, where Isabelle’s parents have a home and where she grew up and they now spend nearly every summer weekend. It was a bit overcast, but we had fun all the same. Any photo session that finishes with ice cream cones is always a win in my book! 🙂
