While I don’t think I will ever actually be one of those people who just gets up early without an alarm, I absolutely LOVE when clients are willing to meet up for a sunrise session. Everything about sunrise is perfection in New York. The crowds are gone, the light is soft and warm, the air is crisp even in the summer time. It is a wonderful time of day for photos if you can manage to get up for it.
I had such a lovely time with Mary Beth and Chris for their engagement session around the LIC Landing and Gantry Plaza State Park in Queens. This area is great for photos offering amazing views of the midtown skyline complete with the Empire State Building. Add in an adorable couple and you’re set to go! These two are getting married this fall in Brooklyn and I’m super excited for their wedding!
