Travel Tuesday for 12.9.14: Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Bangkok

A few shots this week of one of the most spectacular temples I’ve seen. This may be a major tourist attraction in Bangkok, but sometimes things are touristy for a reason. IE. They’re awesome. If you have a day in Bangkok, go here. And then go find a street vendor and eat pad thai for 50 cents. Thailand is one of my favorite countries of all time, and its incredibly intricate temples (aka wats) could be photographed for days. While it was scorchingly hot both times I’ve visited this complex, it was amazing nonetheless.
