This wedding. One of my absolute favorites of the year. So much laughter, community, singing and dancing, and love. Weddings like these are why my job is the absolute best. This was a celebration of two people filled with so much joy it might make your heart burst. Yudis and Yocheved were adamant that they didn’t really want many photos of just them. My job was simply to document the day as it unfolded and capture the little moments.
They started with each giving a tish, and then were danced in by their friends and loved ones to meet each other for the first time in a week. The expressions were some of the best I’ve seen. 🙂 After a beautiful ceremony on the lake at the Isabella Freedman Center, there was a spectacular dance party. Can I just say how much I love a good hora and a schtick? Amazing.
