Travel Tuesday for 10.21.14: Cascade Mountain Summit, Adirondacks, NY

Just a quick shot this week, but I wanted to share an image from my weekend in upstate New York. I was in Lake Placid for a wedding, but extended my trip an extra day so I could get in some hiking and just enjoy this beautiful part of the state. It was well worth it and I had a fabulous day in the mountains. While most people unfamiliar with New England may just think of Manhattan when they hear New York, there is so much more to see! If you get a chance to visit the Adirondacks in the fall, I highly recommend it!
