Jin and Matt. I had an absolute ball with these two and am so thrilled with how this session turned out. It’s been awhile since I shot at the Seaport, so I was super excited when they picked it for their location. While it rained on and off throughout the morning, we made the best of it, nothing an umbrella or a quick duck under an overhang can’t solve!

Jin and Matt are an adorable couple, and if how much they laugh together is any indication, they are pretty darn happy in love. Enjoy the photos!

Despite the rain, or maybe because of the rain. I love these two shots.

LOVE this red ship!

One of my favorites, so much fun.

Jin and Matt, thanks for a great morning! I’m so excited for your wedding in just a few short weeks!

Lisa and Nathan are getting married at Housing Works, one of my favorite NYC venues, this fall! We had a lovely morning wandering Central Park on a beautiful sunny day. These guys are a super cute couple and I’m extra excited for their wedding in October!

I didn’t even ask for dancing! Love it!

Congratulations guys! See you again in a few months!

Aren’t these two cute? I met Avi and Shira early in the morning a few weeks ago for their session in Central Park. These guys were nothing but smiles and happiness the whole time. Talk about making my job easy! They’re getting married in New Jersey in just a few months and I’m pretty sure if these photos are any indication, it’s going to a be a pretty fun day!

And a little bit of snuggle, just for good measure.

Love this early morning light!

Congrats guys! See you in a few months!

Sarah & Brianna | NYC Engagement Photographer | Fort Tryon Park

admin — Mon, 27 Aug 2012 15:21:42 +0000

I love finding new places to shoot in the city! I’d heard good things about Fort Tryon Park and I think had done a road race that looped through part of it, but had never done a session there. It was gorgeous and a great place for taking some beautiful evening engagement pictures! We had a super fun time wandering through the park, even though it was ridiculously humid, these two braved the heat and we got some great images!

Sarah and Brianna are two awesome ladies and are getting married in upstate New York in just a few weeks. I’m so pumped for their wedding!

Love their dresses!

You girls are so cute!

This photo cracks me up! I think I told them to make a silly face at each other, and this is what Brianna came up with.

Congrats ladies! See you in a few weeks!

Lauren & Harry | New York City Engagement Photographer | Riverside Park

I met Lauren and Harry up at Riverside Park for their engagement session a couple months ago. We started off the session with their two adorable pups and had a lovely evening wandering from there!

Lots of puppy love!

So. I was taking these lovely cuddly pictures in the grass where the light was just gorgeous, all was going well. When out of nowhere, Harry decided that this was the perfect time for a takedown. Like a full on Lauren tackle.

These are my favorite!

For the record, I will always be pro tackle wrestling mid engagement shoot. Harry, you’re awesome. I love it.

AND. There was dancing. These guys are awesome.

You guys are way too cute.

Lauren and Harry, thanks for such a fun evening! Congrats to you both!

Maddy & Yossi | NYC Engagement Photographer | Central Park

admin — Thu, 24 May 2012 03:46:05 +0000

Maddy & Yossi came to me via the fantastically fun Alex & Eitan, so I was pretty sure they were also going to be pretty fabulous themselves. And I was right! I love getting referrals from past clients! I had a wonderful evening with these two traipsing through Central Park. We went to a section of the park way to the north that I hadn’t been in before. It was seriously like we had left the city and were wandering through upstate NY, water falls and creeks and everything. It was wonderful.

See, I told you! Waterfalls!

And lovely evening light! Hurrah!

Congrats guys! I’m super excited for your wedding in just a few more weeks!
