Celine and Cedric came from Paris for their elopement in New York. I had a wonderful time as their photographer getting to know them and their families. While my French is mostly non-existent, Cedric’s family is from Spain, so I got to speak Spanish, which always makes me happy.
There is also something so romantic about a winter wedding and Central Park in the freshly fallen snow. Celine and Cedric were married as the flakes swirled around, it was almost a blizzard but all the more atmospheric. While my fingers were cold, from their fun balloons to Celine’s sparkly shoes and Cedric’s handsome black tie this elopement was pure magic. We started at the Ladies Pavilion for their ceremony with Lucie Bertin-Boussu from Officiant NYC, and then hopped on the A train down to Brooklyn Bridge Park to finish photos before they met their families at the River Cafe for dinner.
Congratulations Celine and Cedric! It was so wonderful to meet you both. I wish you many years of happiness and adventures!
