What a wonderful fall Central Park elopement under the Gapstow Bridge! Amber and Trent came from DC to elope in Central Park in New York and they got some beautiful fall colors for their celebration. They arrived in the park with family and a few close friends and opted to exchange their vows at one of my favorite tiny little spots under the bridge. Judie Guild performed their ceremony and there were smiles and happy tears all around.
After their ceremony, we took family photos, and then headed up into the park for portraits. After making our way through Bethesda Terrace, we wandered a bit through the Upper East Side and then hopped in a cab down to the Washington Square and the West Village for a few more neighborhood shots. I love shooting in this area. It couldn’t be more picturesque, and it the perfect backdrop from some classic NYC neighborhood images.
Amber and Trent are a great pair and weren’t afraid to be silly and laugh together which always makes for fun photos. Congratulations to you both!
