What we thought might be a rainy day, turned into a sunny afternoon perfect for a wedding ceremony at Brooklyn Bridge Park! Sara and Dan were married today on the Empire Fulton Ferry Boardwalk overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge. Their wedding involved them being surrounded, quite literally, in a circle of love by their family and friends. Their circle included their wedding party, who was also dressed smashingly, more colorful rainbow wedding parties please! Daniella, of Once Upon a Vow officiated and gave a wonderful ceremony that was perfectly them and included all kinds of personal touches.
After making things official they donned baseball jerseys from their favorite teams, we took family photos, and then I got to take them around the park at DUMBO for some fun photos as well. It quickly turned into quite the hot day, but these guys did amazing in the heat. I had so much fun hanging out with them both. A couple who laughs like these two do always makes my job the best. After photos they headed to one of my favorite restaurants in the area, Gran Electrica, for some awesome tacos and margaritas!
