2015 has been an incredible year. I was fortunate enough to photograph over 50 wedding celebrations, along with proposals, engagements, family and maternity sessions. In addition to photography, it’s well known that my other main passion is travel and 2015 gave my passport a workout. At years end I’ll have been to 9 countries, 2 new states along with some familiar old ones, and a virgin island to round out the mix.
I plan to give more detailed round-up posts in the coming weeks, but at the moment I wanted to give you all a heads up that I’m again headed to the airport and will be away until mid January. I’ll be celebrating New Years in Spain this year and I couldn’t be more excited. Alex and I both spent time abroad in Spain during college, but it’s been quite awhile since we’ve been back, so we figured we were due for a visit. After ringing in the new year in Madrid, we’ll be off to road trip a bit of Portugal. This will be my third time there, but Alex’s first and I’m excited to show him one of my most favorite cities in Europe and see what else this awesome country has to offer!
