What a fantastic evening! I had such a great time with Matt and Gail. These two came up from North Carolina to elope in NYC. We started off with a wonderful ceremony by Christopher Frost Shelley of Illuminating Ceremonies in Carl Schurz Park, one of my favorite hidden spots in the city. Then we headed over to grab some skyline views at Gantry Plaza and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Lots more to come! Enjoy the preview!
I had such a wonderful time with Beth and Bryce! They opted for my mini elopement package, which works out great for couples looking for just a ceremony and a few portraits in one location. I was also thrilled they decided to take me up on the idea of going somewhere a bit further afield! Don’t get me wrong, Central Park is lovely, but there are so many other awesome spaces in NYC, it’s fun to explore some new views.
I met up with them in the evening at Fort Tryon Park in northern Manhattan along with their officiant Judie, and we strolled around to find a perfect ceremony spot overlooking the river and the George Washington Bridge. After they were officially hitched, we had a fabulous time wandering through the park for loads of fun photos. This area made for gorgeous images, especially with the fresh spring blooms.
Congratulations guys! Best wishes to you both!
Also, sidenote. See that tattoo on Beth’s foot? This lady is an ironman triathlete! How awesome is that? As a fellow (non-iron) triathlon runner, I was super impressed! :-)
I had such a lovely evening with Tonia and Charmaine. These two high school sweethearts from Texas came up to NYC for the 5 boro bike tour, and decided it would be a great weekend to get married as well! Their ceremony was officiated by the always wonderful Judie Guild in Central Park’s Ladies Pavilion. After the ceremony we wandered through the late spring cherry blossoms all around Shakespeare’s Garden, Turtle Pond and Conservatory Waters. We even managed to find a few bikes to commemorate the trip!
Thanks ladies for having me! All the best to you both! Congratulations!
I had a lovely morning at City Hall with Terri and Roger today. These two hail from the UK and flew off for a top secret elopement in New York City, so much fun!
Thanks so much for having me and congratulations and best wishes! More to come!
Oh my goodness. This elopement was so gorgeous! From a heartfelt ceremony at Ladies Pavilion in Central Park to photos in Long Island City by the Foundry and then wandering through Gantry Plaza State Park, these two were awesome.
Stay tuned, lots more where these came from.
Miranda and Michael, thanks SO much for having me! Have a fantastic time in Paris, congratulations!!
Ana and Russell were married back in April in a lovely ceremony by the always wonderful Judie Guild. They had their ceremony at the Cop Cot pavilion, a great spot if you’ve got a few guests coming along with you. After their vows, we headed out for a photo adventure in Central Park. These two were married right at the peak of cherry blossom season in the spring, so it was fabulous for photos with all sorts of blooms! After Central Park, we grabbed a cab down to the Highline for a few more images with more of an urban feel and finished things off just before sunset.
Ana and Russell, thanks so much for having me! I had a wonderful time with you both!
Best wishes and congratulations!

I had a great time with Shanan and Ben last night. They had a lovely ceremony on Turtle Pond with a view of Belvederes Castle, and then we strolled all over Central Park for tons of awesome photos. More to come!
I had a lovely morning with these two! Laura and Paul came over from the UK to get married at City Hall and then we hopped over to Brooklyn Bridge Park for portraits. More to come, enjoy the preview!
