Amy and Ian may have had a rainy day wedding this morning, but their hearts were full and they were still all smiles. They were the essence of going with the flow and just being happy to be married. I’m so lucky to have such great clients! When I arrived to meet them this morning at Brooklyn Bridge Park it was raining, maybe even thundering a bit, but they said they were up for it, so we made the most of it! We found some great little covered spots, we sported some umbrellas, and had a wonderful time!
As we were heading back to the hotel to meet their parents, I took them up to the roof of the empire stores building for a portrait or two and right away Amy and Ian declared it their ceremony location. It worked out perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. The rain cleared just in time and everything went off without a hitch.
