I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season and a happy new year!
I’ll be working on a bunch of behind the scenes things as I enter a bit of slower season for weddings, hopefully getting caught up on a bunch of blog posts and a few highlight posts and portfolio updates for you as well.
But first! 2018 got off to a wonderful start right off the bat with Lila and Aron! These two were so much fun and were such troopers in the cold. We started off the day with portraits in Central Park with some gorgeous winter light. If you can catch the sunset light in January, it really is lovely.
After some Central Park wedding photos, we headed downtown for the main event. Lila and Aron had Manhattan Penthouse wedding, which is such an awesome venue for a wedding in New York. The Manhattan Penthouse offers gorgeous views of the Empire State Building, and it’s right on 5th avenue by Union Square, so a perfect locations for guests to get anywhere in the city. It also feels fancy taking the elevator up to the top floor.
Aron and Lila had lots of fun details, including having guests inscribe them jenga blocks. Something I haven’t seen before, but thought was so cute! They were married with all their family and friends surrounding them and then it was time to tear up the dance floor! They had an awesome hora and then danced the night away!
Congratulations Lila and Aron! Thank you so much for having me!
