Friday was the perfect afternoon for an elopement! Rachel and Felipe are from Brazil but now live in Queens and decided to make things official at City Hall in Manhattan.
I had such a great time with them both and love Rachel’s pink wedding dress! We got through City Hall relatively quickly for a Friday afternoon and then had time for portraits around Manhattan. We started off in Tribeca, one of my favorite spots for portraits near the marriage bureau. Then we hopped in a cab up to the West Village and made our way up to the Highline and on to the rooftop at Gallow Green where they were having a reception dinner with family and friends. We ended our session right at sunset and the light was golden and just perfect.
