It’s not often I get local New Yorkers for elopements. Joanne and Andrew came from Queens to elope at NYC City Hall in Manhattan this afternoon and it was great! The weather all day was atrocious, with horrible down-pouring rain. However, as I opened the door out of city hall after their ceremony I saw sunshine, amazing!
After their ceremony, Joanne has requested photos with Tom Fruin’s stained glass house that used to be in Brooklyn Bridge Park. While I loved the installation, I had no idea what happened to it once it was moved. With some instagram sleuthing, Joanne found it had been relocated to North Brooklyn Farms in Williamsburg, a great spot for photos! We headed over for post ceremony portraits and then wandered the neighborhood for more fun shots with lots of street art.
More photos on the way soon! Congratulations Joanne and Andrew!
