Marry the person who makes you jump and up and down with happiness when you say, “I Do.” That is my advice after this morning’s elopement at City Hall. Emily and Claire came over from England to get hitched this morning at the Clerk’s Office and I couldn’t help but smile at these two brides who were so adorably excited to get married.
